Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, and eggs.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and fold in the blueberries gently.
  5. Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For extra moisture, add a little yogurt to the batter.
  • You can use frozen blueberries, just do not thaw them before adding.
