- 2 cups chocolate frosting
- 10 candy eyes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before frosting them with chocolate frosting.
- Using a piping bag, create mummy stripes with more frosting and place candy eyes on top.
