Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the brownies cool completely before frosting them with chocolate frosting.
  10. Using a piping bag, create mummy stripes with more frosting and place candy eyes on top.
