- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until tender.
- Add minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine everything.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or carrots for added nutrition.
- This dish can also be made with chicken or turkey instead of beef.
