- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, broccoli, and carrots. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and brown sugar; pour over the beef and vegetables. Stir well.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some sesame seeds on top before serving.
- Feel free to substitute the vegetables with your favorites.
