Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Add the beef and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and sear until browned.
  4. Add the green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
