- 1 pound turkey breast
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 ounces provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon seasoning mix (e.g., ranch or Cajun)
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and sauté until soft.
- Place the turkey breast in the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Slice the hoagie rolls and layer the turkey, bacon, and provolone cheese inside.
- Toast the sandwich in the skillet until the cheese melts.
- Serve with the broth for dipping.
