Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños until combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling and roll it up, sealing the edges with beaten egg.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
