- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 package croissant dough
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough on a floured surface.
- Slice the bananas into thin rounds and place a few slices on each triangle of dough.
- Add a few chocolate chips on top of the banana slices.
- Roll the croissant starting from the wide end to the tip.
- Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush them with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Once baked, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- For extra flavor, consider adding nuts or different types of chocolate.
