Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into circles.
- Peel and slice the apples, then mix them with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place the apple mixture on one half of each pastry circle.
- Fold over and crimp the edges to seal.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Try adding a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavor.
- These pies are best served warm.
