  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
  3. Add in the frozen peas, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the cooked rice until everything is well mixed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
  • Feel free to substitute chicken with rotisserie chicken for easier preparation.
