- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, turkey bacon, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
- Add in the frozen peas, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Fold in the cooked rice until everything is well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
- Feel free to substitute chicken with rotisserie chicken for easier preparation.
