  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Coca-Cola, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add the flank steak to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. Let the steak rest, then slice thinly against the grain.
  6. In a skillet, sauté the onion and bell pepper until tender.
  7. Serve the sliced steak and veggies in tortillas, and enjoy!
