- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter and minced garlic until well combined.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the buttered bread.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for added flavor.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
