  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined.
  4. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. In a large skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
  8. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of red wine to the marinara sauce.
