Ingredients

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 block halloumi cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the halloumi cheese and place on top of the tomatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the halloumi is golden and the tomatoes are soft.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
