Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 block halloumi cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the halloumi cheese and place on top of the tomatoes.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the halloumi is golden and the tomatoes are soft.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
