Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add garlic powder, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach, stirring until the spinach wilts.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in herbs before cooking.
