Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cook fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove fillets from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest; cook until the sauce thickens.
- Return Mahi Mahi to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
