- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Pair this dish with a side salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
