Ingredients

- 1 pound gnocchi
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the bacon fat until translucent.
- Add the chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in the heavy cream, thyme, black pepper, and spinach. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute with your favorite greens.
- Top with extra parmesan for more flavor.
