Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
