- 2 cups zucchini, sliced

- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic and the vegetables until tender.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta, sautéed vegetables, and marinara sauce, repeating until ingredients are used.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
