- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add chicken ham, onion, and garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning, and bring to a simmer.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
- Stir in ricotta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded mozzarella and crumbled bacon.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add more ricotta cheese.
- Top with fresh basil for added flavor.
