Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken ham, onion, and garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  5. Stir in ricotta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, topped with shredded mozzarella and crumbled bacon.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add more ricotta cheese.
  • Top with fresh basil for added flavor.
