Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  6. Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of spiciness in the dip by adding more or less sriracha to your taste.
  • These meatballs can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
