- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness in the dip by adding more or less sriracha to your taste.
- These meatballs can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
