- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, onion, turkey bacon, chicken ham, egg, flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Form the mixture into patties and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot.

- For extra crispiness, make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes.
