- 1/2 cup cooked beets, pureed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, salt, garlic powder, and add water. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet and spread evenly to form a crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
- Meanwhile, prepare the pesto by blending kale, beets, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and pepper.
- Spread the pesto on the baked crust and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve warm.
