Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, salt, garlic powder, and add water. Stir until combined.
  3. Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet and spread evenly to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the pesto by blending kale, beets, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and pepper.
  6. Spread the pesto on the baked crust and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
