- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package gyoza wrappers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cabbage, green onions, garlic, and ginger.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing until well incorporated.
- Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper and fold to seal.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Add gyoza to the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and allow the gyoza to crisp up before serving.

- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
