Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 package gyoza wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cabbage, green onions, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing until well incorporated.
  3. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper and fold to seal.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  5. Add gyoza to the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  6. Add water to the skillet, cover, and steam for about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid and allow the gyoza to crisp up before serving.
