Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
- Cook turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same pan, scramble the eggs until they are just set.
- Add mayonnaise to the eggs and mix well.
- Layer the scrambled eggs on a slice of bread, top with turkey bacon, and add another slice of bread.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
