Instructions

  2. Add flour, salt, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and olive oil to the yeast mixture, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough, then shape it into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
