Ingredients

- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and vegetables, and sauté until tender.
- Add the cooked noodles, sauces, and chopped turkey bacon; stir until well combined.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkle of green onions on top.
