Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy, then remove and chop.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and vegetables, and sauté until tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, sauces, and chopped turkey bacon; stir until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately with a sprinkle of green onions on top.
