- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 4 cups peeled, sliced apples

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
- Fold in the sliced apples.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding a tablespoon of lemon juice to the batter.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
