Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Stir in garlic and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and chili paste.
