- 8 oz wide rice noodles
- 4 oz turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Stir in garlic and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and chili paste.
- Toss everything together to combine and heat through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the basil leaves.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and add more vegetables.
- Adjust the level of chili paste to increase or decrease the spiciness.
