Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add the ground turkey, onion, and garlic, cooking until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  5. Quick release the pressure. Stir in the ricotta and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
  6. Top with reserved turkey bacon before serving.
