- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add the ground turkey, onion, and garlic, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure. Stir in the ricotta and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
- Top with reserved turkey bacon before serving.
