Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes in the Instant Pot.
- Add chicken broth and seasonings.
- Close the lid and set the pot to pressure cook for 8 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
- Open the lid and serve the potatoes hot.
