Instructions
- Place the corn in the Instant Pot.
- Add water to the pot.
- Seal the lid and set the pot to cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
- Allow a quick release of pressure when cooking completes.
- Remove the corn, add butter and salt if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For sweeter corn, try using a pinch of sugar along with the salt.
