- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the olive oil.
- Once hot, add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Place asparagus in the pot, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and add 1 cup of water.
- Secure the lid and set to manual for 3 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure and serve topped with bacon.

- For extra flavor, consider adding lemon zest.
