Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add the warm spaghetti to the skillet with the bacon and garlic, then quickly pour in the egg mixture, stirring constantly until creamy. If needed, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a healthier option, you can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
- Make sure the spaghetti is hot when adding the egg mixture to create a creamy sauce.
