- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions and spread it in a baking dish.
- Place the salmon fillet on top of the rice.
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before adding avocado and green onions on top.
- Garnish with nori strips and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, adjust the amount of sriracha to your liking.
- Serve with additional soy sauce for dipping.
