Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions and spread it in a baking dish.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on top of the rice.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  5. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the salmon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before adding avocado and green onions on top.
  8. Garnish with nori strips and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
