- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Continue to cook until the carrots are tender and glazed, about 10 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
