- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, and garlic.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey based on preference.
- For extra flavor, consider adding chopped green onions as a garnish.
