  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, and garlic.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
