Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, jerk seasoning, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil.
- Toss the chicken wings in the marinade until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway.
- Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
Notes
- For spicier wings, add more jerk seasoning to the marinade.
- Let the wings marinate for at least 1 hour for improved flavor.
