- 4 pieces salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the top. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake salmon for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and flaky.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate salmon for a few hours or overnight.
- Serve with steamed rice or fresh vegetables.
