Instructions
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer chicken and marinade to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- For best results, marinate the chicken overnight.
