Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just blended.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
- Serve the pancakes topped with the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
Notes
- For fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest for a few minutes before cooking.
- Experiment with adding blueberries or chocolate chips to the batter for variation.
