Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour batter onto skillet to form pancakes of desired size.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, cook turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
- Serve pancakes warm with turkey bacon and chicken ham on the side.
Notes
- For fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes before cooking.
- You can substitute milk with buttermilk for a richer flavor.
