- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to the package directions.
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and then chop into pieces.
- In another saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour and stir to form a roux.
- Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add the cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and seasonings. Stir until the cheese is melted.
- Combine the cheese mixture with the drained macaroni and mix well.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add more cheese.
- Feel free to substitute different types of cheese based on your preference.
