- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 packets active dry yeast
- 5 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add the flour and salt, then mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Spread it out to fit the sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and use your fingers to dimple the surface of the dough.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary, then let it rest for another 20 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- Try adding toppings like olives, sun-dried tomatoes, or cheese for extra flavor.
- For a crispier crust, use a pizza stone.
