Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and cook until translucent.
- Layer the ingredients in a baking dish, starting with potatoes, then the beef mixture, green beans, and tomatoes.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
