- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a separate pot, cook the orzo according to package instructions; drain.
- Stir the heavy cream into the skillet, mixing well.
- Combine the cooked orzo with the sauce, stirring until well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
