- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl.
- Serve the meatballs with the tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
