  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl.
  6. Serve the meatballs with the tzatziki sauce.
