- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 diced onion
- 2 cups tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, tomatoes, and onion.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top with tortilla chips and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Feel free to add additional vegetables such as bell peppers or zucchini.
