- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add honey or maple syrup, applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas, and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and whole wheat flour.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
